Deposit Terms:
- Deposit is non-refundable if the shoot is canceled.
- Shoots can be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
- Rescheduling is free of charge once, provided 72 hours notice is given.
- If rescheduling occurs after this period, the deposit will be forfeited.
Location Requirements:
- Please inform us in advance of your shooting location.
- We may assist in sourcing locations if required.
- All locations must have accessible parking within walking distance of the shoot
- Any charges incurred due to parking restrictions/congestion charges will be the responsibility of the client.
Overtime & Lateness:
- Overtime will be charged at a minimum of £50 per hour.
- In case of our lateness, you will receive an extension of your shoot time.
- If you are late, and the shoot does not overrun, no overtime charges will apply.
- Overtime charges do vary depending on the location of the shoot, the length of the shoot and other variables and is subject to increase at our discretion.
Booking of Additional Services:
- We recommend allowing us to assist in booking models, cars, and apartments.
- If an apartment/location is booked without checking filming permissions and the shoot is canceled, the client will be liable for charges.
- Please make sure any models are booked 30 minutes to 1 hour after your proposed shoot time to ensure that we have enough time to set up equipment and get organized.
Editing and Turnover:
- The average turnover time is 7 working days.
- Fast-track turnover is available upon discussion and may incur an additional fee.
- Longer lead times allow for better video quality.
Downloading Your Video:
- Final files will be sent via Airbridge or WeTransfer.
- It is recommended to download files on a PC or laptop for optimal quality.
Long-term Storage of video:
- We will archive your video until release once final changes have been made
- Video files will be held for a maximum of 6 months post-shoot.
- Long-term storage beyond this period can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds:
- Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances if you change your mind or decide you no longer wish to continue with the project after filming/ editing has been completed.
